| After ordering the tent I searched the internet for reviews for the company! They were mostly negative and made me quite nervous!! I must say this was not my experience. After placing the order on Amazon I contacted the company about express shipping. I spoke with a helpful girl named Jenae and the tent arrived on the day she said it would. I do believe I ended up paying double in shipping but the tent was perfect and I am now thinking about renting it to others to make my money back!! Again, I was very pleased with the tent especially for the price!! |
Great Tent so far! UPDATE...CUSTOMER SERVICE UNWILLING TO HELP

Was worried that the tent might have been missing pieces, wouldn't be sturdy, would fail to meet my expectations....happy to say, that none of those things have happened! My husband and myself put this together in approximately 1.5 hour(s), and we took the advice of others to supplement with additional tent stakes. We've tied it off in the grass, but the tent sits on our cement patio. This tent isn't going anywhere anytime soon!
Ample room for a lot of people, furniture, festivities. Thus far we are extremely happy. We've had some windy afternoons so far, no raid (little worried about that), and no snow either (even more worried about that), but so far, this tent and the material are standing up strong and haven't moved.
I'll write more later after this thing has been up for awhile...
UPDATE********************************
Well, we got what we paid for....don't bother buying this tent if you live in a place with wind, rain, snow. Ours collapsed after snow and wind, which I can understand; However, I called the company and asked if I could buy replacement poles, parts, etc. UNWILLING TO HELP, told me I had to buy a whole new tent if I wanted new poles. I would say their customer service gets an "F" |

The party tent was more than expected. The instructions were a little weak but understandable. I recommend 4 people for set up. Build the top first then raise to half height (right side then left side) place cover on then raise to full height. I supplemented the tent stakes with extra yellow plastic tent stakes which hold better when setting the tent up on a grass surface. The material used for the canopy is far better than the plastic type (polythene fabric). Polls have a locking tab which keeps them from comming apart.

Based on the reviews of the cheaper tents, we went with this one, since it has fabric walls, not one with plain polyester. We were very pleased with it.
Pros:
- Easy to put up/take down. Even with one person, it is not so hard. I recommend putting in one section of legs first, then putting on the roof. This reduces the need for ladders.
- Strong fabric walls and roof. No tears or other issues.
Cons:
- Skimpy instructions, just a parts list
Everyone said it was a good deal for the price. |

| The price is almost as low as the quality. The tent material and frame are very very light weight, the supports that connect the frame together are made of plastic and you will need to purchase cord for the tent stakes as the cord provided with the tent isn't very strong enough. The stitching is so poor that the first time the tent was put up several of the velco strips used to attach the sides and one of the hooks used to hold the top canvas on came off. If all you are going to do is set this up one time on a calm day and need a large area that is out of the sun this tent will work but don't expect it to stand up to any wind or numerous set up and tear down cycles. |
